PSI Held a training course on Techniques and Safety Instructions in Lifts on 23/5/2017 in cooperation with Qalandia Training Institute which lasted for two weeksv(12 training hours), by Engineer Adnan Al Hassan and Mr. Rani Sawalha from the Technical Services Dept. at the PSI.
The course discussed the concepts of the Palestinian specifications, sections 36, 1 and 2, 2008, concerning the special
safety requirements for the construction and installation of electrical and hydraulic elevators, and the mandatory
technical instructions 69/2017 for elevators and safety equipment. Fifteen trainees from the Institute participated in
this course.
Finally, atn the end of the course, Mr. Khalid Murad, Deputy Director of Qalandia College, Eng. Najwan Jadallah /Head of Hydrolic Industries at PSI, and Eng. Lama Fanous/ head of the training deivision at PSI, handed the training certificates to all the (15) participants.
