The institution, represented by Dr. Hiba Zbadi from the Institution’s Characterization Department, participated in the eighth meeting of the Halal Medical Products and Services Committee (SMIIC/TC 16), held as part of the 15th Week of Technical Committees of the Standards and Metrology Institute for Islamic Countries (SMIIC).

The meeting discussed the latest developments related to halal pharmaceuticals, medicines, pharmaceutical ingredients, and medical devices.
