Ms. Reem Al-Barghouthi

The Cooperation Department is responsible for following up on memberships and collaboration with international and regional organizations, as well as preparing and monitoring Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs) related to certificates of conformity. It serves as the main point of contact with these organizations.

The department also prepares the institution’s annual plan in coordination with various departments and monitors the development of the institution's strategic plans, which serve as the foundation for annual planning. It also prepares quarterly progress reports on the implementation of these plans.

Through its Inquiry Section, the department responds to inquiries received by the institution from relevant internal and external stakeholders, and it also obtains international and regional standards. The department consists of two sections: the Planning Section and the Inquiry Section.
