The Media and Promotion Department is responsible for publishing news and activities of the institution in alignment with its strategic policy, using various media platforms, and for strengthening relationships with all media outlets.

The department also organizes awareness and guidance visits as well as promotional events for the institution’s services. Additionally, it oversees the organization of workshops and exhibitions for national products that have obtained the institution’s certificates and prepares newsletters and promotional brochures for the institution’s services.

The department consists of two sections:
