The Quality and Accreditation Department provides a range of services, most notably:

Issuing quality certificates, supervision certificates, Halal certificates, Safe Product Certificates, PALGAP certificates, the Handicrafts Charter, the Honey and Dates Charter, Olive Oil Quality Certificates, and Certificates of Conformity for Export purposes.

Training of trainers, both internal and external to the institution, through internal and external courses, in addition to organizing internal workshops.

Auditing quality systems of factories that have obtained the institution’s certificates.

Conducting guidance visits to Palestinian factories to introduce producers to the institution’s services, the benefits of obtaining its certificates, and the procedures for obtaining them.

The department consists of five main sections:
