The Quality Development and Internal Audit Committee is responsible for establishing the institution’s Quality Management System, based on the international standard ISO 9001 and related international guidelines. The committee ensures the effectiveness and implementation of the system, which includes all work procedures, work instructions, and general policies within the institution. It also ensures the alignment of general policies with the institution’s quality objectives and evaluates the effectiveness of the system in achieving these objectives in line with the overall institutional strategy.

In addition, the committee participates in developing plans, policies, and needs, and in designing development programs in cooperation with the institution’s departments to enhance performance efficiency.
