The Legal Department provides legal consultations and opinions on all files and cases referred to it. It also works on reviewing, developing, and proposing primary and secondary legislation related to the institution’s operations.

Additionally, the department reviews all agreements and contracts related to the institution’s work from a legal perspective and provides recommendations accordingly. It also contributes to raising legal awareness among employees regarding the laws and regulations relevant to their duties.
