Preparation of draft Palestinian standards for agricultural facility elements, including materials and products used in their construction, test methods, and all other activities related thereto, provided that they fall under one of the following facility systems:

• Agricultural facility structural systems;
• Rainwater drainage systems;
• Thermal insulation systems;
• Ventilation systems;
• Connection, fastening, and welding systems;
• Irrigation systems;
• Structural covering systems.

Excluded from the above are draft Palestinian standards that fall within the scope of the following technical committees:

• Plastic pipes, fittings, and valves for the conveyance of fluids;
• Construction products.
