Laboratory of Dimensions

The Dimensions Laboratory provides high-precision calibration services for dimensional measurement instruments and tools, with an accuracy reaching 0.000001 mm. The calibration process is performed in accordance with the latest international standards and references, including ISO 3650, ISO VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 Blatt 10.1/Part 10.1, VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 Blatt 9.1/Part 9.1, and VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 Blatt 11.1/Part 11.1, and is directly traceable to the International System of Units (SI).

Calibration is carried out using high-precision reference equipment maintained in a controlled standard environment that ensures stable operating conditions and high measurement sensitivity.

The laboratory provides services to various industrial, construction, educational, and other calibration laboratories, thereby enhancing the reliability and accuracy of measurements.

Gauge blocks are classified according to the international standard ISO 3650 as:

• Set of Gauge Blocks (Grades K, 0, 1, 2)

Laboratory services include:

• Calibration of measuring instruments such as digital and analog calipers, micrometers, rulers, digital gauges, gauge blocks, and vertical and standard measurements within the range of 0–1000 mm.

• Calibration of length measuring tools up to 5 meters.
