This Palestinian standard specifies the requirements that must be met in the fruiting bodies of mushrooms of the genus Boletus of the following species:
– Boletus edulis Bull.,
– Boletus pinophilus Pil. & Dermrk,
– Boletus reticulatus Schaeff. (syn. Boletus aestivalis),
– Boletus aereus Bull.,

to be supplied fresh to the consumer after packaging, with mushrooms intended for industrial processing being excluded.
