Scope
This Palestinian standard is concerned with the requirements that must be met in soft sweets of all types , such as: toffee, marshmallows, fruit pastes, Turkish delight, etc., that are suitable for human consumption. This standard does not apply to chewing gum, types of chocolate, and Eastern and Western sweets.
