Scope
This Palestinian standard specifies the requirements that must be met in Brussels sprouts, which are the axillary buds that grow along the stem of cultivated varieties of Brassica oleracea var. gemmifera DC., to be supplied fresh to the consumer after packaging, with Brussels sprouts intended for industrial processing being excluded.
