Scope

This Palestinian standard specifies the requirements that must be met in the fruiting bodies of edible chanterelle mushrooms of the genera Cantharellus and Craterellus, to be supplied fresh to the consumer after packaging, with chanterelles intended for industrial processing being excluded.
