Scope

This Palestinian standard specifies the requirements that must be met in fresh green onions of various varieties of Allium cepa L. from the Amaryllidaceae family, having their natural green color, to be supplied fresh to the consumer after packaging, with fresh green onions intended for industrial processing being excluded.
