Scope
This document describes an analytical method based on liquid chromatography (LC) with ultraviolet/visible (UV/Vis) spectrophotometric detection for the detection and quantitative determination of 22 organic UV filters. This method has been validated for cosmetic products that are emulsion-based, lip balms, liquid lotion formulations, and aqueous solutions (waters).
